Saddle up, it's off to Austin

As Sam Dinkin mentioned over at Transterrestrial Musings, the organizational meeting of the Texas Space Authority is tomorrow in Austin (and I have to get up way early). I'll be there to help drum up support for the National Space Society's 2007 International Space Development Conference here in Dallas, Texas. It will be over the Memorial Day weekend in 2007, so everyone has Monday to travel back, and can stick around for all of the great programming we're working on.

I spent most of this year's conference schmoozing and networking to play up next year's conference. I have a variety of musings and recollections that I've collected, but it needs a little work and I still have to deal with the Frontiers of Flight gala with John Glenn Friday night, and NSS of North Texas' 3-table display at the Discovery Fest at Science Place on Saturday. So it may be a bit before I can post my notes to the 2006 ISDC.
